Our History

Iran-Dubai
Company, LLC. (IDC), now a subsidiary of the Arjomandi Group of
Companies (AGC), was established in 1956 in Dubai, UAE. AGC's
growth is a direct result of successful achievement of its goals and
objectives. AGC now has offices located in Dubai and Sharjah in
the U.A.E. as well as in Tehran and Shiraz in Iran. AGC has
continued to expand as is known within the industry for its
accomplishments, especially within the past ten years. AGC's
success was noted in the May 2002 edition of Fruitworld Magazine when
AGC was named the leading importer of bananas to Iran in addition to
being the
largest
exporter of both Red and Golden Delicious apples from Iran to nearby
middle-eastern countries in the same period.. In that same year,
AGC was honored as Exporter of the Year for 2002 in the Agricultural
Deparment by Iranian president Mohammad Khatami. |

Accomplished Goals

More than 50,000 tons of apples are imported from Iran and
redistributed in the region.
- The largest importer of Washington apples in the Middle East.
- The largest importer of Chinese garlic in the Middle East.
- The largest exporter of bananas to Iran.
